PRIEST HUTTON PARISH MEETING
The present Chairman and Clerk are resigning their positions on the Committee at the AGM in January 2018.
Two volunteers are needed so that the Meetings can continue. The only qualification is that you are a resident of Priest Hutton Parish. The meetings take place in January, May and September. The Chairman chairs the meeting and takes the lead on any concerns arising. The Clerk prepares the agenda and takes the minutes.
This is a good way to get more involved in the village community
The next Meeting is on this Thursday 11th May at 8pm in the Village Hall. Please come to the Meeting and join in the light refreshments afterwards.
