· Sessions take place on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 4.00pm – 5.30pm.

· Our May session has changed from 21st May to 14th May, when we have booked the swimming pool at Capernwray. Our session is 11.15am - 12 noon, so arrive at 11.10am to give yourself five minutes to get changed. Under 8's must be accompanied by an adult. All children in the villages are welcome to join us.
